Notice to early purchasers of 'The Tragedy of Lebanon'

We recently learned that the graphics file used for the early copies of Jonathan Randal's 'The Tragedy of Lebanon' (those shipped through June 7, 2012) had been corrupted, and was missing one whole page. This should have been p.34 in this edition of the work.

We immediately corrected the graphics file. Copies shipped after June 10 are the correct and final version of the work. Any customer who purchased a pre-June 7 copy is entitled to a free replacement copy. Please write to us, telling us where you bought your corrupted copy, and where we should ship your replacement to.

In the meantime, for your reading pleasure, you can download a copy of the missing page from here. As noted on that JPG file, in the final version of the work the page numbers of all the following pages in Ch.1 (but only Ch.1) will need to be increased by 1.

In addition, all customers who received a corrupted copy the first time around can get an $8 reduction in any purchase of $20 or more at our webstore. Simply insert the coupon code TragedyLebanon when asked in the checkout process, in order to win this reduction.

I apologize deeply for this error and for any confusion or problems it may have engendered. One thing it brought home to us is the need to improve our quality-control procedures throughout the edit/layout process-- and most particularly, at the very end.

Thank you for your understanding.
